Resource: tdei-tools/images

Hi! This isn't a specific feature request - I just wanted to share that a coworker and I over at TCAT have been working on collecting images for use in our fork of StreetComplete (called GoInfoGame-Android/GiG-iOS) and in the process, I've set up tdei-tools/images which now contains a bunch of CC0-licensed images of various pedestrian infrastructure features. Feel free to use those however you like!

For each subdirectory with images, a workflow creates a README.md with a table of each image and its license, so scroll down and have a look! The "originals" are not included in the table but are present and licensed the same as their derivatives.
