I think this would clearly belong to the outdoors achievement. Maybe for level 10?

Some ideas:

• https://railtrailsmap.net , shows bike paths that follow railway right of ways. Could be for a cyclist achievement.
• https://www.openrailwaymap.org/ Shows railway infrastructure.
• SCEE under "Contributing". Maybe after a lot of regular edits?
• https://cycle.travel/ as an alternative cycling router that "prioritizes calmer roads"
• https://openinframap.org
• https://waterwaymap.org

We can also mention that Map complete now has an android app.

OSMCha has 200+ open issues, it has switched maintainers and is currently looking for funding due to lacking further funds from its initial sponsors.
The maintainer is still active and welcomes new issues, which they will look at when they have time, though they are unable to address them in the immediate future. (except perhaps if website is down.)

As for adding it to StreetComplete, OSMCha can be used by anyone, though it is useful to have some prior experience/training in validating changes. (ie. through workshops, tutorials or mapping in general.)
Also, it is not directly a user-facing application making it much less interesting to the majority of users.
:: Similarly, MapRoulette seems not listed on StreetComplete. This is likely due to SC guidelines (and possibly MR feedback).
:: NotesReview is listed, but this can mostly be done with existing mapping experience and linked editors iD/JOSM.
(and does not immediately require filtering long list of good edits to return possibly bad ones, or impact existing map data.)
Also, notes are more likely to be interacted with as they are already surfaced (and have direct guidance) on osm.org and neis resultmaps and commenters (ignoring changeset/note itself) are often existing mappers, not new possibly inactive users nor ones who are solely using mobile app, most of which don't give notification of such reply.)

sidenote: Similar links (and SCEE) would preferably come after LearnOSM (and iD/JOSM) link, as such websites help learn proper mapping and validation first. (ignoring question of what is considered sufficient quality by given website/organization)
