Quests in sweden

I believe we should enable/disable the following quests in Sweden and wanted to discuss with fellow Swedish users:

1. Once the Swedish address import is completed, I suggest disabling the AddHousenumber quest in Sweden, similar to how it is already done in other countries:
   AddHousenumber.kt#L40

2. I also suggest enabling the AddMopedAccess quest in Sweden:
   AddMopedAccess.kt#L37

   Reason: Class 2 mopeds in general may be driven on cycle paths unless this sign is present:
   Transportstyrelsen - Moped klass II rules (Swedish)

   

This quest is also disabled by default, so users in sweden would need to enable it first.

3. Remove Sweden from the "Which customers visit this hairdresser?" quest.
   Almost all hairdressers in Sweden are unisex, so this quest is spammy.

   Currently, there is only a single hairdresser mapped in Sweden that restricts customers by gender, and it is from 10 years ago with a dead website, which strongly suggests it is outdated:

Is it known to people in general? Would it be necessary to mention it in quest to get reliable data?

I don't think so, the quest only asks if it is signed with options for yes, no and no sign.
