Description
Given current instability we'd like an 'oops' page so users aren't left with the just the technica error message
We'd like a little design for this @dilu2024 maybe some image. The text has to allow for the error being persistent, e.g., "...if the error persists, please come back in a few minutes. We're sorry for the temporary issue you're experiencing."
We just have a text-based page atm as below.
