feat: Support Liquid templates

In Liquid templates I get spelling errors flaged for .forloop and endfor, but not for, if, or endif.

There isn't currently a dictionary for Liquid Templates. From my first glace at the templates, it seems like they are very similar to other template languages.

The quick workaround is to add the template terms to your own word list. But to help other people in the future, it might be useful to create a Liquid Templates dictionary. This could be enabled by default for Ruby and used in other environments when desired.
