💡: Add possibility to add phrases to custom dictionaries

Problem

It would be helfpul if it would be possible to add forbidden phrases to the CSpell dictionary.

Solution

Examples:
!'white paper'
!'black hat'
!'master/slave'

Alternatives

This could be utilized by using a wildcard operator (see issue 6491)

This is related to #3790, which provides the example of suggesting "notebook" for replacing "note book".

Other examples could be suggesting "login" instead of "log in", "mainboard" instead of "main board" or "must" instead of "have to".

But according to @Jason3S's comment at #5835 (comment), this looks rather difficult to achieve.
