Code Spell Checker for a Specific Language (en-GB)

I want to check spell only on en-GB. Should not allow en-US. That I am using British English -ise - Code Spell Checker package and doing following settings-

"cSpell.language": "en-gb"

So, in my code, I have the following text-

Customize Design Behavior center Color

Here I am seeing only one warning for word Customize which are correct because I need to use ise here.

But what about other word-

• Behavior → Behaviour
• center → centre
• Color → Colour

Why this word not showing as wrong.

I know there is a way to flag the words. But I want to get strict British word always.

I need to get warning even on US word like above US words.

I suggest installing the British -ise Dictionary Extension:

It will replace the built-in en-gb dictionary with -ise version.

But, some words like color will not get flagged because they are in other dictionaries.

You can use the cSpell.flagWords setting to add your preferences.
