Improve the `path` description to make it clear that URLs are supported.

perhaps it's just the message showed about this then that needs an update, as I tbh didn't really try too hard when investigating this as have loads on my plate atm, sorry for the quick fired issue.

If it can take a proper URI then you'd have automatic support for file:// ftp:// http|s:// paths etc etc
