The testChangingInternalToExternalLoggingTriggerRollingUpdate() test in LoggingChangeST is class is currently failing due to logging related changes in Kafka 4.0.0 and is therefore disabled for now.

It looks like with Kafka 4.0.0 we get dynamic changing logging. As discussed with @im-konge, we can probably keep the test disabled in case Kafka version is greater then or equal to 4.0.0
