Bridge should use PEM files directly instead of using PKCS12 files

As part of our move to use PEM files rather than PKCS12 files, we should migrate the Bridge to use the PEM files instead of PKCS12 files. This should include:

• The configuration of Bridge's Kafka clients
• The configuration of the HTTP encryption -> but I think this uses PEM files out of the box
