Unite build logic with other repositories #142
Description
Currently test-clietns has it's own specific workflow to building images via one script. This makes building container for specific arch in single job very complicated. We should improve current way and enhance tooling to allow us to run each arch build in a single job in GHA and run all of them in parallel.
