[Feature] More Actionable User Feedback for Document Capture Failures #12016

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The web currently has more actionable feedback for the user when local models are failing than native mobile.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide feedback for:
- When BlurDetector scores are above a threshold
- When IDDetector scores indicate that the wrong side is being shown
- If ID is not centered
- If IDDetector invalid score is high
- Moving closer/farther based on zoom level calculation similar to iOS and web
