[BUG] When the "SCROLL TO CONTINUE" button is displayed, the entire screen should be scrollable.

When users start the Stripe Identity flow on a small screen with large font, they are prompted to "SCROLL TO CONTINUE".

However, we found that most users scroll on the right side of their screen, where the activity is not scrollable.

Please make the entire screen scrollable to make scrolling easier.
