What is 'seq' and value it should take

Hi, 
i see that i am the first who raising issue here.

I want to know how to properly configure this plugin and use it. So far i am doing fine with strophejs. but during implementation i am facing an error 

'seq' is not defined.

Sorry if this seems a lame doubt. But i need help.

I also want to know what 'mime'.
