Fully supported browsers:

Google Chrome 32 or later
Chromium 32 or later

Partially supported browsers (results vary and all untested):

Firefox 22 or later
Opera 18 or later
Google Chrome 29 or later
Google Chrome for Android 30 or later
Firefox Mobile for Android 24 or later

Untested browsers (might partially work though):

SRWare Iron 31 or later

No longer supported browsers:

Google Chrome 28 or before
Chromium 28 or before

Errata / known issues (newest first):

Chat data and buddy data including image blob URLs are never released for peers which you have created a chat session before.
Android Chrome is broken with SCTP enabled. Disable it using the flag chrome://flags/#disable-sctp-data-channels to receive calls.
File upload unshare events are not visible on the peers.
Firefox < 27 cannot establish data channels with Chrome 32+.
Firefox does not support to change the video frame rate from Javascript (default of 30 can be changed in about:flags media.navigator.*).
Firefox has no support to change the video resolution from Javacript (default of 640x480 can be changed in about:flags media.navigator.*)
Chrome on Android does not support persistent mic/cam access level so only numbers are shown instead of names.
Google Chrome capturing 1080p does transmit with 720p only.
Blackberry 10 is not supported.
Internet Explorer is not supported (all versions).
Safari is not supported (all versions).
