I can't build webrtc and missing several dylib and .a

I can't build webrtc and missing several dylib and .a
Could someone please help me?

1. I can't find know how to install Quilt, so I install it on this way (http://macappstore.org/quilt/), is that OK?

2. After gclient sync, I can't find make-webrtc.sh in webrtc folder but in strukturag-inhouse (deeper layer folder)

This error occurs in gclient sync phase
