Add Robot grapher data source

This is a fun one!

The new [RobotController](http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/roborio/release/docs/java/edu/wpi/first/wpilibj/RobotController.html) class has a bunch of new methods to get roboRIO info. Let's make them available to the grapher.
