Question about CollapseToLongestTranscript

Hello,

I'm trying to use the CollapseToLongestTranscript function, but it looks like is not working anymore (Error in CollapseToLongestTranscript(ranges = Annotation(subset_cells)): could not find function "CollapseToLongestTranscript").

Does anyone knows if there is a similar function I can use?

CollapseToLongestTranscript is not an exported function, it is only being used internally in Signac. You can still run this function if you want to by accessing the non-exported namespace: Signac:::CollapseToLongestTranscript
