Monitoring #14

IMO, it makes sense to:
- Monitor server system data (e.g. free disk space)
- Monitor application availability
- Monitor errors from the Django application
I'm not sure what the best solutions are for these requirements.
Preferably, the monitoring should run on another host.
(out-of-scope for me at the moment)
