sound effect bug can olso mess up music

Describe the bug
so this is an extra issue i discovered of bug #310, when playing for a while with bugged sound effects it can olso completly stop every music from playing

Steps to reproduce

1. play the game for a bit
2. trigger the sound effect bug( basicly when there is no more sound)
3. keep playing with bugged sounds
4. u mite start noticing that soundtracks\music wont play anymore

Expected behavior
i did not know this could olso effect the music

• OS: windows 11 pro 64 bit
• Version 51.1
