Dropcap not working

I've added the following to the hugo.toml

[params.dropCap]
enable = true

but no dropcaps to be seen.

Just like in #21, this seems to be because of your content directory structure. Please refer the example blog, it should give you a picture. If it still doesn't work, please comment here, we can take a look.
