Allow sidebar to be selected on Genesis CPT Archives#14

If add_post_type_support( 'posttype', 'genesis-cpt-archives-settings'); is added, you currently can't select a sidebar for the CPT Archive.

Suggest that we either add the metabox if CPT Archives are enabled.
