Reading book scrolling

I'm currently reading a book on my PC, and unfortunately I can't find where I can easily scroll. I can see that the books read from right to left or left to right, but where is the scroll function, like in a PDF?

There is not a scrolling mode supported for the ebooker reader on web. The web reader for ebooks is not long for this world, I am going to be migrating things to use the same library I have used for the mobile app, and so once I do that it should be as easy as flipping a switch to support it

You can create a feature request, I haven't tracked that work yet so once I do I can link them together
