bbPress forum role should be shown on the Permissions tab

When bbPress and WP User Profiles are both active, the bbPress "Forum Role" field is shown on the "Other" tab when editing a user. It would be better to show it on the "Permissions" tab.

Did you know how to add user as moderator? I mean, I test forum as a user, but it can submit without admin approve. I want do it as with admin aprove. Can you help me to solve this issue?
