Description
In PR #343, the minimum supported Node.js version was raised to 22. It’s not clear to me why this change was made.
The package that was updated as part of that PR —
— still support node >=18.12.0.
While it makes sense to drop support for Node 18 since it has reached end-of-life, Node 20 is still an active LTS version and will be supported until April 30, 2026. Dropping support for it this early feels premature and might negatively impact users who are still on this widely-used version.
Would you consider re-adding support for Node.js 20?
Thank you for your consideration.
