The actions actions/checkout@v4, github/codeql-action/init@v3, and actions/setup-java@v3 are not allowed in stytchauth/stytch-java because all actions must be from a repository owned by your enterprise or created by GitHub. All actions must also be pinned to a full-length commit SHA.
