Add Structurizr DSL package - a language syntax for Structurizr DSL

My package "Structurizr DSL" is language syntax for the Structurizr DSL.

There are no packages like it in Package Control.

“Structurizr” or “Structurizr DSL” would be a more appropriate name for the package. Please also have a look at the CI error.

Thanks for the feedback on name. Sorry for the incorrect indentation. I will push changes tonight.

I have adjusted package name to Structurizr DSL and made use of tabs in my additions to s.json
