bug: popup syntax highlighting

I know that Microsoft decided to use invalid code similar to this example here in their hover blocks but maybe ty developers shouldn't just follow that and try to do a better job? Or maybe even just not pretend it's a python block.

In other words, maybe ty devs should at least be made aware of this issue to see what they say.

Ideally we shouldn't be inventing a new syntax to handle all weird cases like this one.
