Script to make some scaffolding for a new LSP-* helper package

It's boring to copy-and-paste files around and rename things when creating a new LSP-* package.

Create a script that does all that automatically.

I've looked at create-coc-extension and it seems like a completely custom scaffolding code. I'd rather use some generic one like https://www.npmjs.com/package/sao (I'm using it in one project and it's pretty nice and simple to use).
