[libvirt] Add provisioning script for add domain cdn to host file

If when vagrant up is issued, and cdn.subutai.io resolves to a LAN address on the network, then add that address to the guest VM's /etc/hosts file for the KVM provider ONLY

This issue fixed by ipfs migration.
