Add checks ipfs swarm with peers while downloading template

While downloading template with ipfs, vagrant provisioning script doesn't check ipfs swarm with peers.
After vagrant up I got this:

    default: time="2018-06-20 04:04:31" level=fatal msg="Template not found in CDN network" 
The SSH command responded with a non-zero exit status. Vagrant
assumes that this means the command failed. The output for this command
should be in the log above. Please read the output to determine what
went wrong.
