Return info to Bazaar about which container failed to add SSH key

Sometimes, when you add SSH key to environment containers, it fails to add for some containers. Peer should return info about failed containers to Bazaar, so Bazaar can show that info to users. Currently Bazaar shows failed state only for whole peer.
