I keep getting shown the same posts even though I'm marking them as seen.

I'm getting about 10-15 of the same posts after refreshing multiple times, using the end cursor, and marking as seen when going through my timeline. Am I missing anything else?

Maintainer note: feed ranking and repeated items are controlled by Instagram. media_seen(...)/clip_seen(...) can send supported seen-state events, but they do not force Instagram to refresh or permanently exclude items from timeline ranking.
