Description:
When reading a file that contains multiple parts, an unexpected output is generated.
In my opinion, the separation into parts, characteristics, and measurements is not correct.
Expected behavior:
I would expect the file to be properly divided into individual parts, with all characteristics and measurements clearly assigned to the corresponding part.
Actual behavior:
The assignment seems to be incorrect or inconsistent. Please refer to the attached sample file for details.
