point disaster.radio dns to 107.170.221.27

Currently, disaster.radio uses a deprecated ip address

$ ping disaster.radio

Suggest to update disaster.radio dns to the new ip [107.170.221.27] at:

$ ping peoplesopen.net
PING peoplesopen.net (107.170.221.27) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 107.170.221.27 (107.170.221.27): icmp_seq=1 ttl=58 time=25.5 ms
64 bytes from 107.170.221.27 (107.170.221.27): icmp_seq=2 ttl=58 time=26.1 ms

Sure! I believe the login details are on the passpack but I'm not near my laptop right now. The DNS admin website is register.radio
