GPS and Updates

is ist possible to read the gps data from the mobildevice and send it in the Background … so the Receiver could see the Sender on the map
2. switch between BLE and WIFI via http?
3. FW-Updates via the netzwork … upload it to one device … and it is sending the update to all in the mesh Network!??
4. Using the App in BLE and WIFI?
