Update notification prompt should go to qawl site not github

Right now, it takes users to the latest GitHub release, which may not be friendly for all users. This should be changed to go to https://qawl.app/#downloads instead

Can't fix this before next release, so I've just removed a lot of the extra files off of the release… hope that won't break anything!
