Installable module doesn't pass package scanner

This complicates installation in our OnDemand environment. To reproduce add this setting to config.php or config_override.php:

$GLOBALS[‘sugar_config’][‘moduleInstaller’][‘packageScan’] = true;

I have made workarounds for package scanner restrictions in this commit: #32

But few things are not solved. I haven't found solutions.

I know about this approach. Not very nice. But we have problems with write_array_to_file and create_cache_directory as well.

@smalyshev @steegi Do you guys have any suggestions on how best to modify the IBM Connections connector so that it passes package scanner? We're currently bumping up against issues with write_array_to_file and create_directory_cache.

Yuri, can we use SugarCache instead of create_directory_cache?

Now we have only one issue: write_array_to_file. This is used to enable connector for Accounts, Opportunities and Cases by default. sugar_file_put_contents is not allowed too. There is no API to manage connectors metadata.
