When logged in with Norwegian I can't add members

Hi.
I had some problem with uploading files, so then I downloaded latest here from GitHub.
That solved the problem with the files, but now I can't add members in the subpanel when logged in with Norwegian.
It works if I log in with English.

By the way, It is a Sugar 6.5.10 and CNX was downloaded from here Friday 20th of September.
