在首次创建知识库时可正常上传文件，但二次上传时必现 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'context') 错误。经测试，更换 dmeta/granite/e5-large-instruct/Qwen2 四种嵌入式模型均复现相同问题，排除模型兼容性因素下面是我的一些配置跟日志希望有用。
