Hi @walterbender @devin, I just opened a new issue proposing Keyboard Navigation (A11y) for the Block Palette.

I've analyzed the React components and have a plan to implement it using tabIndex and event listeners. Could you please check the issue and assign it to me if the approach looks good? I'm ready to start coding.
