Description
When switching to the Japanese language in the application, an additional guide icon/help icon appears on the left side of the screen. In other languages, only one help icon is displayed on the right side. This inconsistency is observed only in the Japanese language.

Expected Behavior
Only one help icon should be displayed on the right side of the screen, regardless of the selected language, to maintain consistency across all languages.

How to Reproduce
- Navigate to the affected page/module.
- Switch the language setting to Japanese.
- Observe the presence of two icons (guide icon on the left and help icon on the right).
- Compare it with other languages (e.g., English) to see the discrepancy.
