Code formatting tool configuration for MB

Current Behavior

We don't have any standalone tool for MB to format the code. This results in contributors using different formatting tools leading to inconsistent code format.

I found this need for improvement while adding code in the HTML file 82bf4ca

Desired Situation

It would be really good if we had a standalone code format tool configured specifically for MB. Adding this code format testing into the existing CI pipeline would also be helpful.

Do you mean something like Prettier, ESLint and EditorConfig?

@arjunjayan999 I guess, prettier is most sought after. @walterbender 's thoughts would be valuable here.

Should we enforce Prettier formatting using Husky as a pre-commit hook? This way, formatting is automatically applied before every commit, ensuring consistency without requiring manual execution.
