Wrong UI for selection #1995

Bug Report
Problematic behavior
On a document I selected some text but instead of having the normal selection UI (blue background), it was replaced by the AI suggestion one.
Expected behavior/code
Selection UI should always look the same.
Steps to Reproduce
- Do this...
- Then this...
- And then the bug happens!
Environment
- Docs version: 4.7
- Instance url: docs.numerique.gouv.fr
- Browser : Zen Browser 1.19.2b
