Error with not enough unlocked funds.

If someone confirms an order too fast before the funds in the market are unlocked it could cause an error, for example

I guess we can mitigate against this by having a lot of monero outputs in the market, but once it errors its hard for an admin to track as their is no transactions table. I will try and create a log of all transactions so admins can try and submit it again or at least debug transaction failed issues.

Yes, this happens when funds aren’t unlocked yet. I’d love if you could add logging for it, all PRs welcome :)
