Searching for precoordinated subjects #6131

Description

@jcoyne

Take a look at this record:
https://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/bb000qr5025

It has a a subject of http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85106460 : "Presidents--Election"

If you click on "Election" it takes us to https://searchworks.stanford.edu/catalog?q=%22Presidents%22+%22Election%22&search_field=subject_terms

Which is the intersection of "Presidents" and "Election", but it does not give us a way to just search for items that have the topic: http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh85106460

The result set also includes records like https://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/13750864 which do not have that precoordinated topic.

This is especially noticeable if you exclude SDR results when refining. https://searchworks.stanford.edu/?f%5Blibrary%5D%5B%5D=OFF_CAMPUS&q=%22Universities+and+colleges%22+%22Departments%22&search_field=subject_terms as an example.
