Option to generate a report for a list of druids

This would probably be a new bulk action, alongside "Export tags", "Download tracking sheets" etc.

The functionality would be the same as the search results "Report view" (same available columns, same option to select different columns, end result is a downloaded CSV) but you would have the option to paste in a list of druids from which to generate the report. I think we would also want to keep the standard "Populate with previous search" option for the sake of consistency with other bulk actions, even though creating a report from a search is possible directly from the search page.

I don't think it's necessary to provide a preview of the report, the way we do in the search results report view. A download option should suffice.

Can we get rid of the existing report view, as it is functionally equivalent to "populate with previous search"?

(The existing report view is a gnarly part of the existing codebase.)

We should discuss with @andrewjbtw and @astridu. My personal answer would be: Not if it means that the functionality will only be available via the bulk action menu, because:

• downloading a report is something people do quite a lot I think, and hiding that functionality behind the bulk action menu probably wouldn't be welcome
• while one surveyed user said they didn't need to preview the report before downloading, I'd be surprised if no one would miss the preview option

However, the existing UX isn't super intuitive either, and it depends on what you mean by "get rid of". There are probably ways to keep this option prominent for users without preserving the same code. For instance, we could have a button on the search page that says "Download search results" or something, taking you to the bulk action page to download a report. And/or we could put something on the Argo landing page.
