Description
We got feedback from Access Services that the current wording is confusing (particular in light of "pickup" services like Lyft and Uber.)
Darcy designed the following, and we both like it better:
We received your library item request!
You will be notified by email when the item is ready for pickup. You can also check the status of your request anytime at MyAccount.
