forms refactoring

@alexander-schranz when is a refactoring planned? there are some good and important inputs which are several years old...

in my opinion, the implementation of forms is no longer up to date and need a new direction

mostly we will work on changes on the bundle after the 3.0 release.

Still please describe your needs better or add your thoughts to the open issues. Keep in mind dynamic forms are good for unstructured contact forms, but we never recommend them to use to build business logic on top of them. Business workflows should be better handled in own forms with business domain models and saved relational instead in dynamic forms.
