Black/OLED Mode theme

I would love to see a black mode. As OLED screens become prevalent, many people are seeking to make as many pixels as possible display pure black and to minimise brightness to reduce screen power consumption. It would be similar to a high contrast theme, but with less contrast - light grey on black or dimmed colours where colour is used.

Actually I already use "OLED Dark Mode Win 11" registry scripts to change Windows' own Dark Mode theme to black, but Sumatra doesn't conform to that.

The current "Darker" theme is alright, but I'd prefer it to go to full black (and the Darker theme to replace the Dark theme, as it conforms to the standard Windows 11 Dark Mode).

Anyway, what a fantastic app. I was looking for something similar to Preview in macOS, and this is by far the best out there (in part because it is the only PDF reader I can find that offers true full-screen, which I use a lot in a volunteer role for online presentation of texts, so thanks from everyone involved).

(I know #2555 mentions Black Theme, but I am posting this as a new idea because that was in 2022 and that post has only discussed dark them, which was since implemented, and is not the same as a black or OLED theme)
